Where are the 2013 Lexus GS450h with Package C?

Where are the 2013 Lexus GS450h with Package C?
Trying to lease a 2013 Black/Flaxen Interior with Package C THIS WEEK.
There are none in the Southeast Region.
Fleet managers says the Package C's OVERALL don't exist because of $10k price and they lower the residual 2 points.
I am SVP for Clear Channel (iHeartRadio) and need this car with iHeartRadio in Dash for demo.
Otherwise, I have to go to a 2013 Prius five with Advanced Technology Package
Would rather demonstrate using GS450h
Anyone know where these are hiding in the USA (Suspect its out West if at all) but tired of the Scavenger Hunt where I am unsure there is an actual vehicle out there.

Um, any GS with nav should have iHeartRadio built in...its part of the Enform App suite.

I did, I'm just saying if the number one thing you need is iHeartRadio, as you implied, and you need it bad enough that you would buy a Prius over the GS...every GS has iHeartRadio.

I was pointing out that if all you need is iHeartRadio, you don't need the package you are looking for. Your post to me implied that you thought you needed to get the top package to get built in iHeartRadio.
