Why would you want to do that ? Do you have over 100k miles on the car yet?

It's my understanding the CVT is a sealed system. You can't (or shouldn't) change it.

The Prius has a history of burning CVT, changing the fluid took care of the issue. I just want to do it as an extra precaution. Unless the RXh is different (doubt it), CVT fluid can be changed like a MT transmission with a $5.99 harbor freight pump. I just want to know what it is so I can cheat and do it without jacking the car up

Like Woodrow stated, it's a sealed system. And if you check your manual, there is no service schedule to change the fluid.
