Weatherstripping around hatch loose
The weatherstripping along the bottom and side of the hatch area is loose. Doesn't seem to be torn, it pretty much stays in place but obviously needs to be re-glued. Seems to use some thick black glump to hold it in place.
Has anyone done this before?

If your RX is still under warranty, take it into the dealership and they can warranty it for you free of charge, if that is not an option then think of other ways but gluing it down, you might regret it later if you ever have to change the weather stripping.

Obviously it's not under warranty if I'm posting this...
It's glued down from the factory, so gluing it back down would be appropriate. I appreciate help but why post if you've not got experience with this topic?

Well you information is vague, how am I suppose to know you are out of warranty . I actually have similar experience with weather stripping and I was fortunate enough to get it taken care of under warranty hence the post.
Good luck with your fix
