Can I go Staggered ?
Hello
like the BMWs, can I go staggered (255/45/18 Rear and 235/55/18 Front) ? After all its front while drive and my understanding's Rear Motor is not connected to front's ? Also no differential ?
however, I dont know if front and rear motors are supposed to 'spin' with same speed ? (With 255/45/18, doing 62.5 mph = 60 mph )
pls advise , thank you

Not sure why you would want to go staggered on FWD/AWD SUV. Serves absolutely no purpose and will most likely cause severe under steer, not ideal way to mod in my opinion. SUV and such heavy vehicle already has under steer, this should make it exceptionally worse.
However....to answer your question.
- Yes, you can stagger FWD RX 400h
- You should be able to stagger AWD RX 400h provided that both front and rear wheels are VERY close in rolling diameter
For your application, it's 4.2% difference or about 1+ inches in difference. This could potentially cause slip situation in front wheels where rear E motor will kick in to compensate. Although I'm not 100% what implication this could have, I don't think it'll be a good one.
I would say don't do it.
