im pretty sure the CBR can take the gs450.

i couldnt watch anymore after 2 minutes. the bike was just playing around. it could easily take the H. all i know is if i was the biker, i would not want to be next to some douche speeding while trying to hold a cam and tape everything.

Nope, it would kill the h. Maybe an old 600 Hurricane or CBR600F2/F3. Not a F4 or RR.
