Would someone please let me know what is included in the 75,000 mile service and if this is not considered a significant milestone, then what is the next significant milestone? what is included in this significant milestone service? and what is the approximate cost for such a service at a Lexus dealership with a service center?

For background, I own a 2006 Lexus RX 400 Hybrid.

Check your owner's manual and service book. They will tell you what the service should include.
As for cost, you can call your local Lexus dealer, & they will let you know what it will cost.

Some dealers charge more, some less. Some provide better service for the same price.

I am approaching this milage this year most likely in July or August.
this will be done at the dealership.

The items below are from the Lexus service guide for 75,000 miles.
J Replace engine oil and oil filter1
J Inspect engine air filter2
J Inspect nuts and bolts on chassis2
J Rotate tires
J Visually inspect brake pads/discs
J Road-test vehicle
J Inspect the following:
____Axle shaft boots
____Ball joints and dust covers
____Body
____Brake lines and hoses
____Engine and inverter coolant3
____Engine valve clearance (if noise, vibration)
____Exhaust pipes and mountings
____Rack and pinion assembly
____Rear axle shaft flange bolt torque2
____Steering linkage and boots

1 Reset the oil replacement reminder (“MAINT REQD”) light after replacing engine oil.
2 Required only if vehicle is operated primarily in desert, on dirt roads or while towing.
3 Add only Genuine Toyota Super Long-Life Coolant or similar high-quality non-silicate, non-amine, non-borate ethylene-glycol coolant with long-life hybrid organic acid technology (i.e., a combination of low phosphates and organic acids).
