Anyone get rid of the 'lawyer' screen yet?
I hate that crap. I mean, I own the car, ok? So don't make me 'agree' every time I start it!
Audi has a solution and that was a simple software update. Surely someone has figured this out.

The new navi software out gets rid of it, My IS came with the new navi software and the screen disappears in 5 secs. You can buy the new NAVI disk for like 200(ithink) but call your dealership and ask how much it would cost to get the new Navi disk.

The lawyer screen goes away automatically with 7.1, but you lose the ability to override the lockout.
I find the override much more useful than automatically dismissing the lockout screen.
On my IS300, it takes a second to press Agree and I can lookup info and enter addresses whenever I want. On the 400h, I have to wait the 5 seconds on startup and stop when I want to look up POIs enter addresses etc.
Why can't Lexus just give us our override..
I guess they know what's best for us
