Default Dissapointed with last tire service.

I just did my first tire rotation, car was purchased about 4 months ago. I was dissapointed to find out that when the Lexus dealership replaced the tires they did not torque the lugs properly. A few of them were so loose they came off with the slighest twist. Some of the others took me putting most my body weight into it to loosen them.

Now I can be glad they are torqued properly.

putting most of your body weight to loosen them means some were torqued to spec. they don't have to be tightened as much as you think like some tire shops do with impact wrenches, that's incorrect.

but yes, if some came off with the slightest twist, you should definitely inform your dealership about it.
