How come you have the lighting cable sticking out of there? Did you find a second USB port in the radio?

I have it running through the dash to a charger I have plugged in the cigarette lighter for my iPad mini.

Looks like its either an aux or USb connection for an iPod

I did something similar, I removed the actual USB plug from the underneath the little cover and ran an extension to my armrest for my iPod. Now if I could actually just leave it plugged in and have the stereo recognize it every time I start the car, that would be nice!
