must be in progress right now. The HS doesn't show up under "sedans" or "hybrids", and if I click on "future/concept" and then "HS" it leads me to the main future/concept page.

So are the standard headlights halogen with nearly two thousand buck upgrade path to LED as the only option or are high intensity discharge standard?

Thx for the info! I checked it a bit earlier and the move was still in progress, the HS was listed in the Concept section and the Hybrid section simultaneously, now they have moved it only to the Hybrid section.

Still cannot build one though I guess that is coming yet but the starting price of $34,200 is very good IMO I wonder what the one cost that I drove.

Fully loaded HS250h appears to be around $46-47k. Looking at the option list.

It looked closer to $49,000 to me before "accessories". I'm kind of surprised by the pricing (and not in a good way.)

like every good entry level vehicle, the car has a big range in price. For those who just want the hybrid lexus, they can pay as little as 35. For those who want the tech package, up to 45.

And once again US does not get all the great interior combos Japan gets. Are Lexus officials really that conservative? Do they lack.. *****?
