I'm in the process of looking right now. I only have 30,000 miles on my 2010 but I am so disappointed with the persistent recalls, the impotent customer service, and the poor dealer service in my area (it was much better in my previous location) that I decided I have to move on. I'll go back to old reliable Honda but not sure which model yet.

I was in Chicago. Great service from McGrath. Very knowledgeable and dependable. Love my Lexus and bought it primarily because of the reputation of the dealership. Now I'm in Fairfield, CT where Lexus is not that popular and I can see why. Totally opposite of the service I received in Chicago. It's pretty surreal what's going on here. Lexus customer care is pretty impotent when it comes to service quality control.
