Ever since I've owned my HS250h (3 years now), my driver's seat makes a horrible noise when adjusting itself to the "memory position" when I'm preparing to start the car on hot summer days. It's kind of a chugging, moaning rrrrRRRRrrrrRRRRrrrrrRRRR sound (like the track needs to be lubed). I've brought this up to the dealer a couple of times in the past but since I'm nearing the end of my extended warranty period, I insisted that they take another listen to it. Finally, they've listened and heard. They have ordered me a new track for the driver's seat and it will be installed free of charge in a couple of weeks. Just thought someone might want to know in case they are experiencing the same thing.

Mine is fine still, but thanks for posting. Let us know if the track replacement fixes your issue.
