I'm over in the RX forum but will also start following here as well as my Mom just picked-up her 2010 HS and she's in love with it. 25,000 miles, lease buy back. Leased and serviced where she purchased it and she also got 5 year extended warranty so I'm not worried either.

Dealer here at Graham's in Ottawa took good care of her getting car ready with new tires, reconditioned/repaired leather seat on driver's side, fixed a ding in the rear door and a few other things.

I looked around before the purchase and saw few problems but will continue to follow attentively.

Good to get another new HS250h owner in the forum. I am sure your mom will love the car. If you don't mind, give us more details. Does it have NAV? Tech Package? Mark Levinson sound? What kind of new tires did they give her to replace the originals? Again, welcome aboard!
