I didn't do anything major at LXS so I can't say for sure if his prices are cheaper or by how much, but he is a real cool guy. One on one and that means he takes care of you. I had lost my locking lug nut key and needed him to take them off. I already bought regular new OEM lugs as replacement, but Chad was willing to give me a set for free. He does have a whole box full of them, but at least he offered

well, seems like the choices are DIY, LXS or the dealer? Some mainland members said they have their car service by Toyota dealers but I don't think Toyota dealers handle Lexus here since they both own by Servco.

I tried asking Toyota once and they told me they only can do Toyota's and Scion's. Then I asked why not Lexus?! They told me it has to do something with their contract that they can't do Lexus's. I told them it was a Toyota and they told me that they know, but they just can't do it.

I still have some warranty left on it. When that runs out, I'll be doing most of the major stuff with my mechanic at his place... for the major major things, I'll go to LXS.
