Servco Lexus Sales/Service
Can't believe this wasn't brought up before. Who's your favorite sales or service person at Servco? How's his/her service?
I used to deal with Bruce Metzger, but he left and I started dealing with Brady. Not as knowledgeable as Bruce, but great guy, very friendly, and a pro golfer by trade.
I've dealt with Peter in Service when I had problems with my car and he helped me through the process and kept me updated all the while. Pretty cool Aussie accent too!
Any good/bad experiences? I'd rather be truthful so that if these Servco guys are lurking, it'll only improve the excellent service they've been providing so far.

Haven't had any sevice needed so can't name anyone on that side. On the sales staff I have bought two cars from a young man named Sean Son. He has been EXCELLENT. I am sure he would tell you too that I am not a very easy guy to deal with.

My favorite Salesperson is Shon. Japanese guy with the accent. He helped me from day one. Took me about 3 days to find all the paper work because I was trading in my 05' VW GTi. But, he was there for me. I told him I had bad credit and everything, but he decided to help me get the car. He even gave me $110 to help open my savings account with a Credit Union(To him must not be alot since he's gonna gain comission) and got me a car straight from the docks. They we're gonna give me like $1,000 off the MSRP, but Shon asked his manager to give me more. So I got about $2,500 off the MSRP. On the day I picked up the car he put a big a** ribbon on my car and gave me a goody bag. Well...since he had time to get my paperwork ready I didn't even spend an hour at the dealership. Well....this experience is way better then when I bought my Vdub.
