Meet and Kahuku Shrimp Run AUGUST 11
For all the Lexus owners on Oahu there will be a little meet and then a Kahuku Shrimp run on AUGUST 11 (SATURDAY).
When: August 11, 2007 (Saturday)
Meet Up: Central Oahu Regional Park in Waipio by the tennis court parking lot.
Time: 11am till whenevers

yea this section of CL is more or less dead i suppose but never hurts to try!

Maybe people aren't interested in doing the meet-n-greet anymore. I know I'm not due to bad experience. Also, you all know how clickish Hawaii is...no one want's to go outside their circle of friends.

The way i see it, im willing to take a chance cuz in the end its not what you know but who you know here, networking. Batuboiz, easy just make sure you take the long way home and your not followed. High makamaka ppl, easy just dont hang with them. Its just hard to find those few 'down to earth' ppl.

well yea its usually a hit or miss with meets/ cruises in general... and yes, with the luxury brands theres sometimes the high makamaka deal going on... but for me luckily i haven't really encountered that yet. as for myself i'm way too poor to be all stuckup!
besides, all ya gotta do is introduce yourself! i'll be the guy in the SBM IS taking pix.
but yea, i'm all about meeting new people out there.

I remember my first IS meet/greet.....I didn't know what to think. I was thinking these guys are going to be stuckup especially cause Im the youngest. But after a couple cars showed up and everybody introduced themselves and we started talking stories I had a different opinion. These guys were down to earth.
Yeah these luxury cruises are either a hit or miss but even though my first IS cruise I went to only had 4 other guys it was still fun.
