Howzit to all!

I'm planning to change the entire sound system in my 03 ES. No one makes a aftermarket faceplate and I won't even try to ask Servco Lexus about purchasing the navigation trim to fit a full din. My only option is to look for a custom installer. I'm a out of practice installer since the 90s, so a kid with a pair of scissors and a roll of black tape is out of the question. No DVD or navigation, just a clean 20-20,000Hz system.

Anyone with recommendations for a local installer or know where I can find a nav trim (already tried ebay, etc.)?
