Reviving an old thread. I recently installed 1.25" spacers on my 2010 GX 460 to give it a more aggressive stance. My indy mechanic noted to me, while in for a new radiator, that the lug nuts are not threading very far on to the wheel with the new spacers installed. He recommended I get some tapered lug nuts to get them to thread on farther.

Has anyone else run into this? I believe our lug nuts have the "acorn" shape, so are there more tapered options out there? He said it should be fine for regular driving, but might be an issue with any heavy towing or off-roading, so looking into my options.

Default 2013 KX 460 Spacers

I just bought a 2013 GX 460 and put on 265 65R 18 K02. They look great but looking for a wider stance. If I want to put spacers on, what size is recommended with no rubbing on and off-road?
