Default Disc Brake Pads question.

There are two pads on a set of four that have sort of a sensor or wear indicator that when the brakes are low the begin to squeal or make noise. Does it matter if these pads with the sensor are installed on the inside or the outside side of the rotor? I believe that on the GX they are on the outside. Would it cause problems if they are installed on the inside rather that on the outside, or viceversa?

I dont think you have to worry as they would not fit in any other way than as designed.

I put the pad with the wear indicator on the inside of the caliper, but like you mentioned it really doesn't make much of a difference where you put them. Thanks for replying to my posting.
