RES is a factory piece that can also be port or dealer installed. Under $600 once to install, doesn't have a phone app and thus has no subscription fees.
RES+ is the factory piece that adds the phone app and after the included first year is $6/month. Under $1000 to install on 2010 and newer Lexi that do not have Lexus Enform Remote.
LER is new for 2015 (LS, GS, ES w/Nav, IS (all) and NX w/Nav). It will roll out on all 2016 models and is free for 12 months. The phone app adds Car Finder, Vehicle Status and Guest Driver to the RES+ Start/Stop
You get to use the key fob as with RES and RES+ when you are enrolled. Quicker than the phone but line of sight distance.
Pay for what you use, $140/year for Safety Connect to connect the car to fobs, phones and SOS operators,
$80/year for the Remote Services listed above, $125 for Destination Assist and eDestination Nav Concierge
