Lightbulb First Project BMW OEM Led fogs

I am going to give these a try in the OE fog light locations.

It looks like the should be a close fit and possibly can plug and play H11.

The mounting points may not be perfect but should be fair close.

i thought about swapping out my leds for some brighter fogs, but these led fogs have
self leveling mechanism making them quite unique, so i kept them on. they are bright enough
for me. The led lights are like lasers at night. All signs are lit up in bluish hue. love it

I did the retro fit today, it was not that bad. I had to take apart both the factor fogs and the BMW's. The BMW led internals fit inside our fog lights.

I will post pictures, looks factory and the output is nice, good color a little bluer than factory HID's

I would only suggest doing this project if you have done a headlight retro fit or are a skilled craftsman

I had to cut apart the BMW lights completely and shave them down slightly. Then had to open the factory foglights and trim the internals of those as well.

Output of lights has always been a tough one for me, its hard to truly capture it. If you google these lights you can see the output.

Nothing, just need to cut everything apart and install. Let me know if you need any help during the process.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but the retrofit source makes LED projector fogs that are plug and play for our cars now. I thought I would update this thread in case anyone was looking for LED fogs.
