Is orange peel on GX460 chrome wheels normal?

Is orange peel on GX460 chrome wheels normal?
The wheels were bought at Sewell Lexus. I noticed that they have some orange peel. I know it's normal on paint but is it on chrome wheels. I hope these wheels are chromed and not painted chrome if that's possible. The wheels are the stock Luxury wheels that come on the 2014 2015 GX 460

I don't think mine have orange peel and they're PVD coated, powder coated chrome wheels. My dealer sent them to Detroit Wheel and Tire. They look much better than They look much better than the ones on my 2010. On my LS 460, they're triple plated chrome. The only downside, they can rust. I don't drive my LS 460 in the snow and ice. My dealer doesn't have wheels chrome plated, they had problems with them pitting and rusting.
