what did you do with OEM wheels, did you sell them?
i think the gx is tuff to aftermarket, and there will always be a limited choice of rims

Factory wheels are FS - 1500 + shipping. New condition (1750 miles). They are listed in the GX classifieds.

No complaints from me on the results with the new wheels, but yes the aftermarket market is limited.

Those really look nice on the knights armor grey... Not too redneck but not too "baller" -chromed out 22 or 24 inchers which start to look a little out-of-place since after all, this is more an off-roader with comfort rather than a street car with room (like a caddy or X5)...

Love those wheels. I had a very similar wheel on my Viper, the Forgeline VR1, but it was a Viper specific light one piece wheel that was made before these came out and these seem to be modeled after the VR1. Tony is also a Viper owner that is pretty big in the Viper community.

They defiantly look great. I believe some may believe they cheapen the look since most associate it cheap wheels we observe in person. But having seen all kinds of aftermarket wheels in person, you can appreciate good wheels when you see them

Yeah, Tony is an awesome guy and I will buy all my wheels from him. I've got a few Vipers also, one has Forgeline GA3R's and the other has Forgestar F14's. Can't beat the Forgeline's IMO though.

I've seen the comments about 'cheapening' the look of the vehicle. I just SMH and lol at those people. They are the same people that think all aftermarket wheels are garbage. Funny thing is, I pretty much gave away the 'more expensive looking' factory wheels because I was tired of looking at them.

Is there a reason why you went with 275 series tires? Whenever I put a wheel/tire combo together online, 265 always shows up as the recommended size. Also, would 275 be the reason for the rubbing you mentioned earlier?? Thanks

275/55/20 is a popular tire size, so tires this size are normally cheaper than other, less popular, tire sizes. Went with the 275/55 knowing it would be tight and it is tight, but no more rubbing anymore. I wanted the most profile I could get, to minimize impact to ride quaility.

Issue with rubbing is due to wheel offset and tire size. Wheel offsets were determined based on this tire size though.

Places like tirerack won't go outside the box and say something will work if they aren't 100% positive it will.
