Rattling in backseat!

Default Rattling in backseat!
I have some rattling from the backrest in the back passenger side backrest. Does anyone have that kind of vibration and/or rattling? When someone is seating I don't hear it! What could it be?

That noise is not from the headrest .
I found mine. It came from the middle section fold down where the armrest sit in.
I wrap some electrical tape to the hook where the latch catch in ... Noise gone .

We have the same problem. Lexus looked at it and replaced the rear center armrest but that did not fix the problem. It seems to be coming from the smaller seat. Let me know what you find.

I put the armrest down and the noise is gone for now!

Mine is from the armrest / console. Mainly the armrest on the drivers side. Maybe I gave loosened it by resting my elbow there.

Guys... FYI same issue. There is an obscure tab for the rear seat ballast (weight in the seat back). Speak to your svc advisor or google Sure you can track it down.
