Default 5k vs 6k VLeds?

Hi guys, i need help on deciding the color between 5k vs 6k leds, i am planing to change my interior lights to leds, but can't decide which color to go. I have the 6k vleds in my IS now which i really like that color, but it was the old version bulbs from Vleds, since Vleds has a new version leds which are brighter than the older version, now my question is the new version 5k is it realy white? Because the old version 5k leds not really white to me,nit has a yellow tint in it, so anyone whose have both 5k & 6k leds (new version) please chime in, thanks

Thanks tecman, look like you got the current one, are they match perfectly color with the interior lights? And all you use are flank bulbs type for dome lights? are they hard to remove the dome light covers? Thanks

Is there a trick getting the bulbs out of the front dome lights? The 2nd row and cargo bulbs came right out. The front row will not budge. Covers came right off but can't get the bulbs out.

The pic below will show you the difference if you are trying to match. I replaced 6 dome,4 door,4 running board and 2 front running lights with the LED in my previous pic.Use a small screwdriver to pry the cover off.

rockydog, I had to use pliers to pull some of the bulbs out.

5k is gonna be pretty white, 6k is white with a little tint of blue!

it will look bright as heck no matter what color you choose!

I used some reflectors to eliminate the directional problem.
