Man, I guess I'm not the only one. I have a 2013 GX I bought new last November and have taken it back twice to get it realigned due to it pulling right. Sewell rep kept saying it was within spec and didn't know what else to do. Mechanic said it was the crown in the road. I've driven on all surfaces and even the wrong side of the road and it's the same result. I've heard of people taking their cars to alignment pros and having success. My steering wheel is also off centered. For a $55k car, that's unacceptable.

Yeah tell me about it, took it to sewell with less than 300 miles, and park place with about 600. Park place rotated my wheels and did an alignment, still same thing. the off centered steering wheel is what bothers me the most. When getting your alignment done, did they print out a spec sheet for you? I didn't get one from sewell or parkplace.

Mine was the same, took delivery the alignment was off. I took it in corrected, but steering wheel is not straight. I took it back and its still the same, its within spec. I'll take it in again . free alignment for the first 12,000 miles. not acceptable. I'll try another dealership.

, if you want to run the same diameter as stock? That would be 265/50/20? I might be wrong

Just notice my less then a week old gx does the same thing... It pulls to the right a little, I have to put the steering wheel at 11:30 position to make it go straight. Will call dealers tomorrow, hope it's an easy fix.

Exact same thing happened with mine...it pulls right. Had it re-aligned by the dealer after the dealer moaned and groaned. The tie-rod was also out so the steering wheel was off left.
Do note that any wind or structure/curvature in the road (not completely flat) will create the illusion that you're pulling one way or another. Best way to tell is on a flat, straight road with no wind. Let go of the wheel and if it still goes right (or left), you have an alignment issue.

Same issue here.
'14 at highway speeds will veer right.
Don't notice it in city driving, but trying to decide if it's worth having to deal with the dealership.... sigh.

took it to the dealers yesterday, took them almost 2 hours and they show me the spec sheet. they did some changes, however, it still pulls to the right. could it be the tie rod?

I had to take my GX back to Westside for them to fix some paint swirls that their make ready guys put in the paint when I took delivery. They gave me an ES 350 loaner to drive while this was being done... It did the exact same thing pulls to the right on the freeway I am starting to think it is a Lexus thing it just sucks that a luxury vehicle cant hold a straight line on such a small crown. My wife's BMW has no issues and neither did my Ford. I have put another 500 miles on the new tires including going outside the bubble I live in and notice if there is any kind of wind or crown it pulls. Since I live in Houston and finding a perfectly flat road or one that doesn't crown to the right is next to impossible. Does any body else notice the amount of Bump steer you get going around town?

Woodlands resident here. All vehicles I have driven in this area exhibit the same thing. Chevy, ford, Toyota and Lexus. My wife is a regular curb beater so I have experience with this. The key is to get the alignment in as close to the middle as possible.
Let's say the in spec range for camber is +.05 to - .03 degrees, that is a variance of .08 degrees. Most tire engineers consider this to be to much. Have your alignment shop dial it in as close as possible to +.01 degrees as possible or the difference of the two.

Thanks! I'll definitely look into it down the road. I'm going to use up the stock tires first.

I am curious, Why do you need to know something that most mechanics don't truly know untill they enter the necessary vehicle data into the computer to find the results.
