I would leave it alone. You can’t really tell that the driver’s side is higher than the passenger side.

Definitely higher ... but no Driver ? Put someone in the driver's seat and remeasure ... given probably 85++% of drivers are riding solo ...

if you jack up the rear on the low side and the front looks better, then you could consider to adjust the height sensor linkage and then readjust the headlight.
somewhat of a workaround and might not be ideal for some people.
