I would never pay the advertising fee. Is this built into to the MSRP/invoice ? Only fees we paid were the lease fee (normal) and dealer doc fee (varies by state/dealer) - no extra "ad" fee was on the contract.

I have seen the regional ad fee tacked on to services such as USAA or TrueCAR..but it was not a part of my deal.

Those of you buying the base model - I would not accept anything over $499/mo as that is the advertised deal. If you were putting less down (less than $4K) I'd say OK but even then you're not getting a great deal..just exactly what was advertised. I was able to get my GX with nav and blind spot options ($53k msrp) for less than the advertised deal with a similar amount down, so find a better dealer willing to negotiate more.

Default not sure how you can say that?

The deal is 499 excluding title tax and fees.. here in GA you have pay like 2300 in tax no matter how long you lease the car for... According to the adveristed deal it would have been 600 per month.

Why dealer invoice and costco invoice is different?
Dealer invoice for base + Nav package is $48914 MSRP $52,509
and costco invoice is $48,178

also I got a offer from dealer for $48,914 invoice price for base + Nav package.
Is this good deal? ($3595 off from MSRP Original MSRP is $52,509

What I really want is just BASE GX460 without any package.
does anyone purchase base gx460 with great deal?

I'm a fellow Lexus owner and I'm helping my brother close a deal on a GX. Looking at the prices quoted on this thread, mid-52 seems like a fair offer. The only incremental left is the Taxes, Title and Fees, correct? have you guys had luck not paying the LDA (advertising) fee? Any tricks for bargin power would be great.

Also, are others aware of any loyalty or discount programs for the car thats running currently if you already own a lexus? Dealer told me no on this car currently due to low supply but thought to check

Thanks in advance for all the help. This thread was very helpful.

One of the few perks of living in southeast TX. Grass stays green pretty much all winter.
