So in your example your $100 cost what $2 per month more over 5 years, so I guess you could get an extra yogurt at the grocery store each month. So to your point, no it doesnt mean anything to me now since I finance my cars and I am not going to notice that extra yogurt each month. Now if they are the exact same specs, sure get the cheaper one but doesn't that go without saying?
I will still gladly take your $2 over 5 years... pm me for address...:-)

You are missing the point. The point here is 'don't let little thing - like $500 on a $60k purchase or $2 on your monthly payment - prevent you from getting your "dream" vehicle.

Of course everyone likes to have FREE money.

I would not give you $2 over 5 years because you didn't do anything to earn it so there is no sense in giving you $2 for anything. But I will tell you what I will do, I will donate an extra $2 and think of you when I set up my donation this year through work and forgo the extra yogurt each month that I could have gotten. Fair?

People are just wired differently that is all. It is not about free money or not. I turned down a bait and switch at one Lexus dealer that I negotiated a few hundred over invoice and they said they had the exact car I wanted or could get it. They came back and said that they had the exact same car I wanted but in a different color for $250 below invoice. So I could have saved close to $500 but I would have to settle for a color that I didn't want and I wasn't willing to compromise on what I wanted. In the end, the extra money I would have saved each month wasn't worth living with a second or third color choice to me. To others like you it may be different.

Yipster222 could I ask which dealership you got this deal from? I have been looking for a good deal and haven't been very successful. Thank you!,

Purchased for 65500. We keep aware cars for many many years 10+ yrs. Hoping for a trouble free experience from this GX460.
Satisfied with the salesperson
$ priceless.
Management was another story though. But over all very good experience. They came thru at the end. Tried to upload picture with iPhone but uploads but won't post picture. Will try later.
Hey Rockdagrou, is that $65,500 otd or + ttl? I'm looking at a similar 2015 model minus the chrome wheels around the Houston area. What type of discount should I expect since it's a fully loaded trim with the pre-collision (not very many of this trim in Texas).

Hello,
Been a long time lurker, and now a member of the forum. Thats a great price you paid for your GX 460. I received the following quote for a 2015 GX premium. MSRP $56183, sale price : $52683. For a 36 month 10K a lease with all fees and taxes (I am in GA, so full tax has to be paid on the purchase price but can be rolled into the payments). The RV is .58%, Money factor is .00140. With all fees and taxes rolled in, monthly payment quoted is $865 per month which I feel to be high. I should be able to do better and start from invoice?
thanks
KRIS
