Default Fuel Tank Capacity for GX460

The specs says 23gl in total capacity. However, the last couple times I filled up gas, it was 19+ gl I put in with about 20+miles indicated on screen before filling up. So it means ~21gl in total capacity? I assume with 20+ miles left = ~2 gl of gasoline.

I know the calculation is rough, but anybody else observed the same?

You can still drive even after the indicator hits zero... the remaining is a failsafe so you can get to a gas station...

With zero miles left (or empty on the guage) you have approx 2 gal left.

That's good to know. I normally, go down as far as 15 miles left on the cruising range display to gas up. So you are saying that even going to zero miles I have 2 gallons left? That's really nice!!
