Default Lexus Enform & Valentine1 "savvy"

Have anyone experience an issue with the savvy from Valentine1 and Lexus Enform where you are unable to communicate with the service? I disconnected savvy and was able to get back my Enform, I am going to connecte it again to see if it displays the same behavior. If it does then I will sadly return it, unfortunately I like the savvy but if it's going to conflict with the Enform service it must go, unless anyone has a workaround. I would appreciate any input, thanks in advance.

I have been using it since last fall in my 2012 with no issues. I love it, works great. I leave it plugged in all the time and it frees up the power plug in the console and keeps the wires to a min. Also allows the console to stay closed giving the dash a more clean look. The only issue I have had is sometimes when running errands and you turn the car off and back on over a short period of time, there is no power to the v1 for a few minutes. At first I thought the Savvy was bad but I soon figured out if you just leave it alone the power returns.

Thank you for replying to my post. I'm glad it works. I disconnected mine and connected it again and Enform is working again.
