its not as good as the actual film you apply.
it has to be redone every year.

if anyone interested, here is a good place for diy clear bra...
http://www.clearmask.com/online_store.php

here is one on ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/161214195439....m1423.l2649#\

ive done it myself, but the bumper is very very difficult. Its too big and hard to stretch across. other parts are easy. The 14 bumper looks like its easier than the 10-13 bumpers.
that being said, i have no patience to do this anymore. I am going to have a 3m installer do the whole 14 gx. Anyone get this done and whats the cost?

i think koz got his whole gx for $1k.
your quote sounds high.
I plan on getting the doors, running boards and rear bumper additionally.
worth it.
do you know the 3m clear bra doesnt allow bugs and tar to stick! saves $ on detailing down the road

I bought a 3M kit on Ebay for $279. It includes hood, bumper and mirror pieces. The install is not too bad if you are patience. I am sure the shop could make the install look better because of all the pieces that fit together but they are pretty much transparent.
