Best Degreaser for wheel wells

I am looking for a good degreaser to clean the wheel wells of my GX that doesn't impact the rubber of the axle boots or any other component made of rubber. What do you guys use to clean the wheel wells?

Diluted simple green and warm water. Then scrub with a brush.

I just did this a few days ago.

I use wheel/tire cleaner and once a year I hit it with a pressure washer.
