Update for 2012+ or 2013?

Wondering if a freshen up is due? LED running lights, other stuff? Seems the GX will be getting a face lift...

There will only be minor cosmetic (sometimes added HP) changes in between redesign periods (approx 7 years and the last one was 2010).
