While moving across town - a semi large container of peanut oil leaked behind the driver seat. The seat slid all the way back when exiting and pinched the plastic container. The mess was contained to the driver seat well. I've taken out the driver seat, removed the door sill and soaked up most of the oil. I've used dawn, simple green, ozzy juice, a shop vac and towels. There is just a little bit of oil left in the carpet pad - you can smell it.

My questions are this..
Can a steam cleaner get ALL of this out? Is there any chance a kid with a peanut allergy could ever ride in this truck? Should I pull the carpet to get it steamed?

I've taken carpet out of a 97 Land Cruiser, pressure washed it and put it back in. When I removed the GX seat and door sill, I noticed there is a lot more to pulling the carpet out of a GX than an old LC, as expected.

I've used this to remove a greasy food stain on an expensive flokati rug and it worked amazing (and smells nice). It also can be used on automotive paint to remove emblems and vinyl lettering/tape without hurting the paint. You don't even need gloves, this is amazing stuff!
