I ordered from Sewell the Glass-Breakage-Sensor and was wondering if anybody has the system installed in their truck ??

On my 2004 GX I have a motion sensor that tricks the OEM security system into thinking that a door has been opened.

I sorta like that system better as it will go off before the glass is actually broken.

The GBS only goes off when it hears glass breaking.

Based on the Roll Call thread, NoNameDFW is the only one with the glass breakage sensor.

There may be other members with it, but they have not posted on the GX 460 Roll Call.

Yep, I have it installed. I was warned that it is extremely sensitive however I've never heard it go off. I guess I probably ought to tap on the glass to test it...
