I am trying to get the v-LED, didn't order it yet since it was out of stock for a month and not available for order.

Do you have any other suggestion on the LED bulbs?

Are you talking about LEDs for interrior (194 bulbs)? I have noticed over the weekend comparing to a different set I have bought last year, that what I have received the last three times are actually 6k. Actually I am very happy so will stick with those. BTW they have 6k in stock. The only set I have of 5k color I have put to the front for parking lights.

I also have the 6K for my interior lights and I think they look great.

It makes a big difference.

So the 6K one will look better inside the car? How about those running board light and rear parking light?

We have these bulbs 194 LED bulbs.

Here are some pics of the bulbs installed:

The Putco LED bulbs will be the brightest and most durable bulbs you will find! They come backed by a lifetime warranty by Putco.

Make sure to type in coupon code "CLLED" to save 15% off your LED bulbs order for a limited time.

Actually after all those are 6k (no blue, very crisp white). Actually I am very happy. If you get Putco from XenonDepot, please take some pictures of interior. Would like to see them in action. Heard good things about Putco.

Hi ybing,

They will fit. However, for the dome light I would look at getting this LED Panel instead. It will offer you WAY more light than a 194 bulb and it will be able to dim just like your stock bulbs.

Pictures of this LED panel in action (2 of them in an Acura RSX as map lights):

Here is a video of how they dim:

I think the 6K will be fine for all of them.

I have the same 194 bulbs throughout the interior and for me that provides enough light. They do also dim like the stock bulbs.

The one place where the 5K might make a noticeable difference is the parking lights.

When the HID's are on, you can see a contrast with the 6K parking lights.

Exactly!!! In my DIY pictures you can see that I had 6k for parking lights like your above. After I have noticed that I had wrong color sent for all bulbs I have bought (6k instead of 5K), I have decided to pull 5k from my wife's car (don't tell her, she will not notice), and have replaced them (6k in parking lights to 5k). Now they match perfectly HIDs. Inside I will keep the 6k. Would like just a little warmer color (between the 5k and 6K), but I think it will work for me as they don't have the blue tint I don't like.

For sure I would buy a 5k set when becomes avaialble at v-leds.

ybing,

I would not go with these panels everywhere. I would suggest going with them in the dome light. You can go with the 194/168 bulbs in other places. I will send you PM now.

Steve
