I can get low 20's on the freeway and even on suburban roads, but the city driving (stopping at lights) really lowers my mpg.

I've been doing strictly city driving for one whole week, and I got 14MPG. I just filled up my car with Chevron 94 Octane, and hopefully I'll get better mileage next week.

Just completed a 250 mile trip. Combination of Interstate and two lane highways and filled up as soon as I got to my destination. Calculated mileage was 21.55 mpg using premium fuel. Average speed per the car was 61 mph

After my second week, I managed to get 14.7MPG city driving only, with 94 Octane Chevron.

I'm up to 14 since last fill up, average 13.4. It's clearly getting better as I was getting around 11. It might be that I'm more aware of the eco mode setting or could it be has has changed with the weather? Do new cars still take time to wear in? Hope it keeps getting better!

amazing v8. gunned it very little and babied accelerator most of time. And that was on I-95 down to NC with some hills - ave speed at 70 mph. Went well over 400 miles on full tank with still about 4-5 gallons left ( i think guage doesnt count the last 3 gallons).

If only more people realized that if you drive smarter and not faster, you can get great gas mileage, even in big gas hogs. Thanks for sharing

simply divide miles you put on (zeroed at last fill up) by number of gallons you put in. this works on all vehicles.

Some people go by the computer and that is not always accurate.

Probably air pressure in the tires will be the biggest factor in getting the best mileage (besides staying off the gas). You could lose up to 2 mpg with under inflated tires.

Stop and go kills the millage big time. One stop on the highway to McDonald's and your MPG is way down.

I drive on the highway to work, but I need to stop at couple lights before I get on the highway and after. I get 14mpg if I am lucky.
