The rear wipers are hidden under the Wind Deflectors, Good similar to Range Rovers and others. What Capi shown was LC Prado shots, One could look at the Rear Tail lamp difference to the latter one of Lexus. Keep it coming !!

I don't like that high lip when the door opens, guess it is needed for the fold down seats, and I still like it better then the flip up versoins.
Should be interesting wher pricing is and how willing the dealers are to "deal".
Stoped by a dealer last week to see if anyone had any "inside information" the sales guy they directed to me did not even know a new GX460 was coming out, he told me the new 470's they had in stock were actually 2010's!
I thanked him for his time and left.

Hey all, I was browsing the forums over at Lexus Owners Club and came upon some more detailed information regarding the new Gx460. In case some or most of you don't belong to both boards here it is from a member that has already pre-ordered his GX. He received this info from his salesman (in Texas):

I don't know how accurate this article is, but it claims the new GX460 will debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show in China next week.

TMC to Exhibit 45 Vehicles at Auto Guangzhou 2009
Tokyo-TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC) announces it will display 45 concept and production vehicles, in separate Toyota and Lexus brand booths, at the 7th China (Guangzhou) International Automobile Exhibition (also known as Auto Guangzhou 2009), to be held at the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 23 to 30. The theme for the two booths is "The Environment, Safety, and the Future".
The Lexus "GX460", a midsize SUV, will make its world premiere at a press briefing scheduled for November 23. Also on display for Lexus will be the "ES240" and other models. The Toyota display will include the new "Crown", which will go into production and go on sale in China in December this year, the third-generation "Prius" and the "Camry Hybrid".
Furthermore, through the display of concept vehicles such as the short-distance, compact commuter "FT-EV", hybrid sports car "FT-HS" and urban plug-in hybrid vehicle "Hi-CT", TMC aims to present its proactive approach toward limiting CO2 emissions and addressing the diversification of energy sources.
