Default Ok! Here we go!

This morning I couldn't wait to put the new exhaust tip in my GX, so I woke up earily!!

Wow, the installation process was amazing, It took me 1 min maximum!!

All I did was take out the Chrome tip and push right in the exhaust pipe.

No need to sweat!

Take a look...

Default Great Job David...

If you were ordering an exhaust tip from another vendor, do you think 2.75 is the correct size? This would explain my inability to get the 2.5 or 2.625 sample tips at Midas to fit.

Default Was that easy?

I was worrying for the whole time, but it really took me less than one minute to put this thing in.

What do you say guys? do you wanna try it on your GX?

Default Hi Solomoan,

I'm not quite sure if i measured right or wrong,

but as you see my previous picuture, the ruler really said 2.75 inches.

And one more thing, this tip comes from OEM 03' Toyota 4runner, so I guess why it fits so prefectly.

The process was simple, I mean you could DIY.

When you take your GX to body shop, it costs you more.

I paid only about $45 plus shipping and three days waiting.

Default David...I took your advice

Ordered from your link this morning. I'll trust your rec, and it looks fantastic. I'm not very mechanical, but think even I can handle this one.

What's your impression of how difficult this would be to steal?

P.S. mY BLACK/ONYX is a ballbuster to keep clean....sure wish I'd have gone the silver route like yours!

I know it's gonna be easy to be stolen when the car stop runnuing for long time.

But I think those thefts can't!!

Why? Because after running your car for a while, the exhaust pipe will get so hot.

And they don't wanna burn their hands!!

Plus, I also got an good idea to prevent this from happenning!!

Just wait for me to take pictures.....
