Default Gas cap seal replace. 06 GX

Got the warning lights this morning Ce, Vsc off Trac and Slip. Was headed out of town so switched cars and read code when I got home. P0456 small evap leak. Reading on Club Lexus and remembering I had same issue with 06 4Runner. I remembered I had the gas cap seal still sealed in the bag and in a drawer. For some reason when I ordered the cap for the 4Runner I got the extra seal back in 2010. Swapped it out and now cap feels better on remove. GX is running good so I will let the lights stay on for few days and see if they clear. I will try to attach a picture of the seal pack and part number.

Always helpful to get part numbers. Thanks!

nice, I had gone to a local hydraulics shop here in the area and they gave me some o-rings to fit all 3 of my cars gas caps. He told me a lot of folks come in there for these.

The cross section of this seal looks kinda like Pacman, a V Shape on the outside. NBR Nitrile hydraulic o-ring is good with gasoline I think ethanol could work on it a little, If working for you that's a good thing!
