My 2008 GX 470 had a battery (Grp 27) replacement and no sound comes out from the after market DVD player (probably a Chinese model from Chtechi). It had a module connected to the Mark Levinson (ML) amp and the Future Shop guy replaced a new module but still not working. Someone also checked the ML amp and it has no issue. Someone told me to disconnect the battery for 15 min and reconnect, I found the sound comes out as normal when I put in the key without starting the engine. However, once the engine started, no more sound from the system and problem persist for consecutive turning the car On and Off. All fuses are checked ok under the hood, not sure whether there are fuses for the radio & player!

The DVD/radio player has the following info:
OS: Version_AT551_00_2013_07_22(CS4344)
APP: Version_05_1101_01_2014-02-20

I wonder any reset sequence and code pass along from the vehicle to the player? Where are the radio fuses if any? Any suggestion or help is much appreciated!
