My Driver side wiper arm does not seem to work well. If there is a little bit of snow, it won;t move. If it does move, it is not in sync with the passenger side. It will even go off the window.

What may be the issue?

This started when my wife move the arm manual over some snow.

She may have bent the arm ...there is a bolt that holds it onto the wiper assembly...may be that came loose.
