New NAV Map dvd not reading 2008 lexus gx470; gen 5 14.1
bought new nav map online; ejected old dvd; inserted new dvd; but it is not reading it; it just wants to eject. when i push the dust cover closed, it just still reads no dvd map inserted on screen; i even tried to put back the old dvd map and it's doing the same thing. anything i am doing wrong?

Get to you dealer and ask them for Lexus Master CD. ( Refer the TSB No. SS003-05,
“CD Skip Verification Using Lexus Master CD.”) Tell them your NAV DVD skips the verification and ejects, sometime they may give you or they will do the test themselves. Whatever the oppurtunity is, get it resolved.
