Air suspension compressor

I just had the rear air compressor suspension replaced ($1650), but when it activates it sounds pretty noisy. It doesn't sound normal. Any ideas what the heck is going on?

How cold has it been since they put it in? Mine gets Hella loud when its frigid cold outside. Maybe they forgot to bolt one of the insulator bushings back in as well?
