Price Check on an 08 GX470

I plan on purchasing a 2008 Lexus GX470 with 120k miles. It is fully loaded with navi, KDSS, and rear entertainment system, The current owner purchased it used in 2010 with 40k miles. MyLexus shows records till 40k. Please advise on a good price.

well lets start with what he is asking for it?

does he have any maintenance history, especially for the major items like the timing belt...

I would say around $20,000 would be a fair price depending if timing belt service was done or not.
