Contacted law firm today.
No letter. I have a 2003 GX. Paid dealer $755 to repair dash. They need to give it back. My car has been kept in a garage and maintence extremely well. Only has 53,000 miles. I am a 5 time Lexus owner. Maybe a lawyer has to make them treat us better. I know when I called corporate they were rude.

Received the letter on 2/2/15. The dash on my '04 was fine until about 3 months ago. Then, two cracks showed up right next to the instrument pod. I see the cracks every time I drive!
Are dealers providing a free loaner vehicle while the repair is being completed? Anyone know?

I received my warranty enhancement paper work today from Lexus Corp. The say there will be another notice sent when they have the parts available. I guess I am one of the lucky ones . My dash is perfect no cracks no stickiness or deterioration.

I believe that your dash has to qualify to be replaced. I think the way its worded is if its not showing any cracks and its not sticky or melting they wont replace it. If it ain't broke they wont fix it

Didn't receive a letter yet for our '04. Took it to the dealer last weekend and showed crack that just came out of nowhere 2 months ago. He looked up vin and said he ordered a dash. No hassle just need to wait 2 weeks to get it.

Attached are pics of a crack that just showed up. Is this enough to have the dash replaced??

We just got our Warranty enhancement Letter today for our 2004 GX470!
If you have a 2003 GX470 yes, you are covered. Other Lexus models eligible to get their cracked dash repaired or reimbursed for previous out of pocket repairs:
2007-2008 ES 350
2003-2008 GX470
2004-2006 RX 330
2007-2009 RX 350
2005-2008 RX 400h
I am so thrilled, because for years I was saying something was really wrong with these cracks, many of which showed up where there was no direct sunlight. I had seen a few other owners complain about it here on the forums, but had no idea it was an epidemic.
This is a game changer that will make our cars go from unsellable to marketable now.
They predict Lexus will have the parts in by early Spring, and will send us all 2nd letters telling when to come in for our free dashboard replacement.
With my luck I'll be like Charlie Brown and get called last. I got a rock....
