So far I haven't seen the GX included in the Takata Airbag recalls. Anyone know who the manufacturer of our airbags is? I'm hoping to be included in the recall, as it could lead to an opportunity to replace the dash a little cheaper.

The GX isn't listed on the NHTSA website. But you should inquire at your dealer just to be sure.

I entered my VIN on the Lexus site and it is not covered by any recalls at this time. Just curious if ours are from a different manufacturer.

Probably a different model of airbag than the one covered under the recall. Keep checking the Lexus site for updates.

BTW, NHTSA is now (just today) requiring a recall of all affected airbags, not just the ones sold or registered in humid states.
