Default 2007 GX Fair Deal

Looking at maybe selling my 02 4runner for a 07 GX470 and I wondering do you all think an 18.5k is a fair price for the 07 with 110,xxx miles, non-kdss and non-navi.

Doesn't have the dreaded dash cracking issue.

Not sure, I just picked up an 06, 81k miles, nav, tow, rear entertainment for $19.5k. I saw several out of state and one on CL for about 18k, private party and under 100k. There weren't too many but depends on where you are too.

I'm in CA, there's an 06, 87k miles, nav, levinson, rear dvd, back up cam, for $18K now, Porter Ranch.

As I've read on here, I went with lower miles over a particular year, opting for newer than 05 for the engine performance and bluetooth. Best of luck

I don't know why, but that seems high to me. My CLEAN, one owner 03' that's literally been dealer serviced it's whole life with every receipt only cost me $13.5k. Yes, I'd love to have a backup camera and Bluetooth, but it wasn't worth the added coin when it can all be added aftermarket. I also sold a 3rd gen 4Runner for mine. Night and day difference. An older truck with some miles is probably going to need some stuff, I've already put a radiator and some swaybar links in mine, but what used car this old would be 100% perfect? I also wanted a non-VVTi truck. Even though the newer ones have a bit more power, these things feel like race cars compared to the 3.4 I'm the 4Runner.

I could live without back up camera, nav, etc.... but not sure I would be too happy if my wife backed into something because of that. In the end, here in So Cal, I think this was pretty much the best deal I could find on the lowest mileage car without going out of state. I really wanted a 4Runner but finding one with the 3rd row seat in my price range and mileage limits was pretty limiting. Went from 4R, to Landcruiser, to LX470 finally to the GX470 and so far both myself and my wife are pretty happy.

My buddy Bill works for BMW, he has a Black 2006 GX with impeccable service records. They ship all over the country or will pick you @ airport. Give him a call, he can work out a price for you.
