Any one install one of these?
Sorry if it was posted before. I searched but didn't find anything. I just inherited a 2004 GX470 and wanted to upgrade from the stock radio to a navigation one and the website says it's a simple plug and play.

If you don't have factory nav then it should be pretty straightforward. I bet youtube has video's of the install if you search.

If you have factory nav, you'll lose climate controls (only be able to use the Auto feature)

Thanks for the info. I should have mentioned that I don't have the factory Nav. Just the stock radio

Should be pretty straight forward. Get the vehicle wiring harness adapter so you don't have to cut any wires.

There's not a ton of room behind the factory radio, so be careful of the depth requirements.

I just installed a pioneer unit bought a kit from amazon with harness but the harness didn't work returned it and got a new harness from local stereo shop pretty straight forward install even did my steering wheel control the dash mount should run you about $150 harness $80 SWC module $50 and a few hours to figure it all out just make sure the harness you buy has the RCA cables it makes it a lot easier
